The M restaurant offers you set menus for lunch and à la carte meals for dinner. The restaurant received the certification label Tables et Auberges de France which is a guarantee that you will be delighted by the delicious food.
Our wine waiter is available to help you choose the perfect combination for a food and wine pairing in harmony with your tastes and desires.
The M restaurant is open from monday to friday for lunch and diner, and also saturday night and sunday noon. During warm season, you will be able to enjoy your meal from the castle terrace with a beautiful view on the park.
The Chef, Yoren Largen
Yoren started in the Pays-Basque next to Philippe Arrambide (a 2-starred chef) and next to Michel Cassou-Debat (ex chef of Crillon restaurant in Paris). Then he tested the bistronomy approach with Aziz Mokhtari and adopted it.
Our Maitre d'hôtel, Cédric
Cedric used to be maitre d’hôtel in Chateau La Garrigue and he also followed some oenology classes. Heobviously enjoys wine a lot but also spirits, champagne and cocktails.
The Chef patissier, Maxime
After working for starred chefs in Paris and Cote d’Azur, Maxime has done his apprenticeship in pastry cooking for Michel Sarran in Toulouse. He has also worked for a chocolate maker for 2 years before joining Le M Restaurant.
Every year, Montjoie organizes and holds an exhibition with several artists from Occitanie region.
Each artwork exposed within Le Domaine de Montjoie can be bought at a workshop price. If you are interested in a piece of art, do not hesitate to tell us and we will set up a meeting with the artist.
